Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

We proudly offer a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects on all Genesis Gems pieces. This warranty covers craftsmanship issues such as loose prongs, setting defects, or structural imperfections that occur under normal wear.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, loss, theft, or misuse, including scratches, dents, or damage from improper cleaning or maintenance.

Evaluation and Repair Process

A $50 refundable deposit is required for shipping and evaluating your jewelry to determine whether it qualifies for warranty coverage.

- If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, the deposit will be fully refunded.

- If the damage is not related to manufacturing but is repairable, we will provide a repair quote.

- Should you choose to proceed, your deposit will be applied toward the repair cost.

- If you decline the repair, the deposit will cover the evaluation and insured return shipping.

Our goal is to ensure every evaluation is handled transparently and with care.

Warranty Coverage Details

Stones under 0.10ct:
If accent stones under 0.10ct fall out due to a verified manufacturing defect, Genesis Gems will replace them at no charge. Clients are responsible only for insured second-day air shipping.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

- Replacement of the center stone.

- Damage resulting from wear and tear, chemical exposure, or immersion in pools or hot tubs.

- Normal metal wear, such as thinning prongs or scratches from everyday use.

- Damage caused by accidental impact, bending, or catching on surfaces.

Additional Warranty Conditions

- Work performed by third-party jewelers voids this warranty.

- To maintain eligibility, jewelry must not be exposed to harmful conditions, excessive force, or improper storage.

- The piece must remain in possession of the original purchaser, as this warranty is non-transferable.

- International customers are responsible for all shipping, taxes, and duties related to repair or warranty claims.
