1. Consultation
We begin by understanding the piece, style, budget, and timing you have in mind.
2. Private Sourcing
For diamond-driven pieces, we curate stones around your specifications and priorities and explain how they compare.
3. Design
Your piece is developed through CAD so you can review proportions, setting details, and the overall design before production begins.
4. Approval
Before production, you approve the applicable diamond or gemstone, CAD, dimensions, metal, size, specifications, and final price.
5. Creation
Our jewelers and setters create your piece according to the approved specifications. Every piece is individually finished and inspected.
6. Delivery
Once complete, your jewelry is prepared for insured shipment or arranged pickup. Genesis Gems stands behind its craftsmanship with our lifetime manufacturing warranty.
