At Genesis Gems, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return under the following conditions.
Jewelry and Earrings
Eligible items such as necklaces, bracelets, and earrings may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in the same unworn and original condition as when they were shipped.
All returned items must include their original packaging, certificates, and accessories to be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.
Custom Engagement Rings
All custom-made engagement rings and and personalized earrings, or necklaces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Each custom piece is made to your exact specifications, and our team takes great care to ensure accuracy and satisfaction throughout the design process.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@shopgenesisgems.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, name, and item details in your message. We will provide return instructions and a secure shipping label if applicable.
Please note that return shipping costs may apply, and Genesis Gems is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
